Atlia provides short-term rental property management services. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through www.atlia.com, Atlia lead forms, Meta Instant Forms, conversations with our team, and property management inquiries.
Third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Airbnb, Vrbo, and other services may also collect information under their own privacy policies when you use their websites, apps, ads, or tools.
Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact and lead details: name, email address, phone number, city, state, number of properties, referral information, and messages you submit to us.
- Property and owner context: property location, listing details, operating preferences, calendar context, pricing context, maintenance notes, vendor preferences, guest communication context, and other information needed to evaluate or provide property management services.
- Website and advertising data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, event source URL, cookies, pixels, Meta identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc where available, Meta click IDs when present, and similar analytics or advertising measurement data.
- Communications: emails, calls, texts, form submissions, meeting notes, and related correspondence with Atlia.
- Information from third parties: information submitted through Meta lead ads or other advertising forms, booking or listing platforms, analytics providers, referral sources, and service providers that help us operate our business.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through public website or lead forms. Please do not submit sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a property management relationship.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether Atlia is a fit for a property owner.
- Schedule calls, send follow-ups, and communicate about Atlia property management services.
- Onboard, manage, and support properties, including guest operations, cleaning coordination, maintenance coordination, pricing context, and owner reporting.
- Measure and improve our website, forms, ads, services, and customer experience.
- Match advertising activity to form submissions or leads where allowed, including for Meta and other advertising measurement tools.
- Send service updates, marketing communications, and other messages you have requested or may reasonably expect from us.
- Protect against spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and legal or policy violations.
- Comply with applicable laws, enforce agreements, and respond to lawful requests.
How we share information
We may share personal information with:
- Service providers: companies that provide hosting, database, analytics, email, CRM, advertising measurement, customer support, security, and similar business services.
- Advertising and analytics partners: including Meta and Google, to measure ad performance, understand website usage, and improve campaigns.
- Property operations providers: cleaners, maintenance vendors, contractors, listing or booking platforms, and other partners involved in managing a property, when needed to provide services.
- Professional advisors and authorities: lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or others when we believe disclosure is appropriate.
- Business transfer parties: parties involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar transaction.
- With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or otherwise authorize us to do so.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures to advertising or analytics partners may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can contact us to request an opt out as described below.
Meta, Google, and online advertising
Our website and campaigns may use tools such as the Meta Pixel, Meta lead forms, Google Analytics, and similar technologies. These tools may use cookies, pixels, or related identifiers to help us understand visits, measure ad performance, and follow up with people who expressed interest in Atlia.
If you submit information through a Meta Instant Form, Meta may send us the information you provided so we can respond to your request. Meta's own privacy policy and settings also apply to Meta's collection and use of your information.
You can manage some advertising preferences through your browser settings, device settings, Meta ad preferences, Google ad settings, and other platform controls.
Your choices
- Email: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link when available or by contacting us.
- Calls and texts: if you provide your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or services. You can ask us to stop, and you can reply STOP to text messages where supported.
- Cookies and ads: you can use browser or device controls to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work the same way without cookies.
- Privacy requests: you can ask to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information by emailing us at founders@atlia.com.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, portability, or to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to inquiries, provide services, keep business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
Atlia's website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
